Ordered food for my birthday and 25min after it was supposed to be ready my husband was still waiting on fries. Burgers and chicken were cold. Second horrible carryout experience at this location. They need to cease all carryout orders or have someone that isnt the hostess managing the process. Essentially ruined my birthday dinner with my family.
This location is going downhill fast! Poor service, dirty silverware, my menu was sticky and gross. Not to mention we commented to both the waitress and manager about how dirty the floors were, neither seemed to care. Been eating here for years but will not go back, too many other choices on Stringtown Rd to continue to patronize this Red Robin location.
Food was cold, severs are very rude!!! 1 1/2 for a bad experience
