Food was great. Our server was awesome, Bethany. My complaint is that every time that I have been there, it’s just so over priced. $35 plus tip, for 2 hamburgers and onion rings and 2 sodas. Simple hamburgers nothing special. Love the food hate the cost. Maybe I’m to much of a penny pincher.
My family and I went to Red Robin yesterday, we got there about an hour after they opened. So there weren’t many servers, it being a Saturday afternoon I thought they would have more servers. We had 10 people so understandably we waited for a little while to get seated. When we did get seated, our table looked like the end was falling apart. Grove City, OH. I’m incredibly shocked by my experience tonight. Gina (the manager) caused a scene in front of the entire restaurant by reprimanding a waitress, Ashley. I asked for the manager of the restaurant and to much of my surprise it was Gina. She then proceeded to bend down to eye level, slap the table and get in a verbal altercation with me after I gave her the feedback that she was unprofessional. We go there very often. I LOVE the fish n chips!!! My husband loves the burgers and the endless fries! Yummmmmm!
We were seated quickly, food was great and had the most amazing waitress, Kennedy!
