We went to the Red Robin on Stringtown yesterday, and it was great. Our youngest daughter is in a medical stroller, and this was the first time we've been out to eat where someone moved a chair and took it away for us to make room for her. We've been other places and had servers tell us she can't be in the stroller, or make a big scene about not knowing where to put us. Awesome place everything was excellent including lemonade!!!!! We shall return again.
Our server was great but the food was not. Pub Mac and cheese was room temp. When I mentioned it to the server he was very apologetic and brought out another one that was pretty much the same. The bowl was hotter then the food. We ordered a chocolate brownie type dessert that came with a raspberry dipping sauce. It was partly frozen and the sauce tasted sour. All in all we were pretty disappointed.
Waitress was nice but slow as a snail. Waited over 5 min just to have drink orders taken. She only had two tables in our area when we got there...
I love it there but my son's hamburger wasn't good at all. Soggy bun with no flavor.
Excellent service as always made lunch with my 4 yr old grandson a blast
Good burger and fries all cooked the way I ordered them. Service was excellent.
