The way your establishment treated my friend who has a medical exemption and should not be wearing a mask is absolutely unacceptable. I will never eat at your establishment again and neither will anyone in my family.
Took over 50 minutes to get two burgers to go. Guy at stand said they didn’t get the order in? Even after they finally brought the food they forgot the milkshake. Took another 12 minutes and help for him to get it to me. By the time I got home the food was cold. Somebody from kitchen was literally yelling to the front for somebody to answer the phone. Very unprofessional

Part of the order was wrong and none of it was very good, not the place for carry out
The Grove City Red Robin has recently become a train wreck. We love the restaurant chain. The Hilliard location catered my wedding rehearsal. That being said, since the Coronavirus, the store is so awful. And we always deal directly with the store, not the call center (we have had issues with call center basically every time). Our order was half right but they fixed it quickly. My burger was phenomenal. My wife's was a bit pink inside when she ordered well done. Positive experience all and all.
