Terrible terrible table service. Food was satisfactory but was irritated with the really long waits. Made the whole experience poor.
I went with my kids last week for lunch, and after the meal, the waiter told us to paid using the kiosk, it wasn't working after used my credit card and debit card the waiter took over his cashier, after I check my account I'm be charge 4 times on my debit and once in my credit card after I spoke with The manager still not resolve the problem, week after, beware when you go to this place trying to enjoy a meal and you end it up having a nightmare
Really bad service. Ignored for over 30 minutes.
Was the 1st time that I ate at Red Robin. It was a very nice clean place with very kind wonderful people !! I would rate my visit at a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 Will definitely stop in again and again to eat when I'm in the area !! Wish there was one in Selma !!!!
