My husband and went there to grab a bite to eat. As we were standing in line waiting to be seated, I glanced in to the kitchen and the Cook who wasn't wearing gloves wiped his hands on his ass! We turned and walked out! He had dirty looking jeans on and crap all over his shirt and he wiped his hands on his pants! Really people? For the prices you charge you can hire someone with a little cleanliness!
The 2 stars represents not the food but the mid-leading with their new ziosk they have now. The waitress touts it as a way to order food, drinks and play games - the problem is that they failed to mention the charge $1.99 to use this great little toy - very deceptive and I will rethink ever going back again.

HUGE burgers (ask for extra napkins!) and great fries; a cardiologist's nightmare, but heaven for burger lovers.
Dear Red Robin, we visit you two to four times per month. We loved going there because the kids ate unlimited pasta and French fries while the adults ate burgers, sandwiches and salads. We are always a party of 6-10 people, with big bills and lots of fun. But you stopped giving unlimited pasta. And you cut the serving size in 1/2. But you kept the prices the same. We have tried to come back, but even the salas is on a smaller plate and is 1/2 size. You were expensive but we could make it a value. Now there is much less value... read more
