Excellent food but terrible service. We had to wait at least 10 min for the waitress to ask for drinks. Then we ordered food came and she never asked for a refill and remove the dirty dishes. We had to wait another 20 min for her to come close to our table so we can ask for the check. Too bad they have people like that working for them
Showed up on a Friday night a little after 6:30pm....was told a 45 min wait so we waited.....was sat down between 45-50 mins later. Waiter promptly greeted and took drink orders. A minute later the General Manager takes it upon himself to come by, introduces himself and apologizes for our long wait. Thanked us for patiently waiting and said he would take care of our appetizer if we wanted one. That is great service right there! Over delivered and we are happy customers!
Seated 1.5hrs waiting for food(was distracted & being patient), then someone walks by throws 2 baskets of fries on our table & keeps walking with no explanation, then 5min later server comes to say they lost my order!! Finally bring food, $12 Guacamole burger has maybe 1teaspoon of guac so I ask for them to put more on & they said it's extra money!!! Really seriously?? Finally they bring tiny cup & the burger is delish, but not hungry anymore! Won't go back. Beaver Creek, Apex.
