We arrived at 8:50pm, walked to our seated area. We waited there an additional 14 minutes before our drink order was taken. The order was placed, and at 9:40pm we were still waiting. The waitress strolled through the dining area with out a care in the world, occasionally we witness her playing in her hair, and wiping her nose and taking food orders to tables with out washing her hands or at least using hand sanitizer. Needless to say we left and went elsewhere.
Slow service, people who got in and ordered after us got their food before we did. And when we did get our food, the 8 fries (YES...8) and burger was cold and the bun was stale and falling apart. Took 20 minutes to get a refill on the "bottomless" fries. I guess they are bottomless if you have the patience to wait a decade for the refills!! Definitely not worth the 45 bucks I spent there!!! Should have gone to McDonalds or take a chance on the taco truck. This was the first and last time at Red Robin.
Great service. Waiting staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was phenomenal.
This was my first time there. My burger came back not as ordered. When they brought a new one it was cold. Then the third one was mushy in the middle like it was a frozen patty and not good. Definitely not the burger I thought Iwould get for 10 dollars. The quarter pounder at McDonald is bigger than the Bacon Cheeseburger I ordered. Way over priced must be a yuppie burger place. Ikept running out of drink. I will never be back because Five Guys is a lot better. Red Robin does not mean Yummm!
I had to wait 10 minutes for waitress but once our order was taken the food and drinks were brought out quickly at the end of our meal I brought up the wait time to the manager and unexpectedly he said he would take care of our entire meal my jaw dropped I couldn't believe it we tried multiple times to pay for part of the meal but he wouldn't accept it because he wanted us to get better service before he accepted money from us. I will definitely be returning to the establishment.
Come on people waiting more than an hour then to have our food come out cold. And messed up our order 2 times and never came back to refill our drinks
Burger was ok, some what over priced for what it was. Main gripe was I had to get my own drink refills and only say the waitress when she took the order and passed by the table saying "I'll get your tea" to never get it. Should have went to the Buffalo wild wings across the parking lot. Need to pick up the game if you don't won't to be an empty shell of a failed restaurant.
