The wait staff was awful. One of our guests asked for a refill on her French fries, never got them. Never checked on us. Was going to get an appetizer, called her out, watched her walk away. Service was terrible.
Wonderful food and our server was AWESOME. Fries and drinks never went empty�
Service terrible. Was seated n never greated by noone not even the server that went to the table behind us. I will never go back there. Food was not that great. Should have went to steak n shake.
Sat here 15 minutes before my drink order was taken �
My family doesn't go out to eat much because me and my daughter have issues and have to choose very carefully. I love that Red Robin not only has a side salad option instead of fries for me and freckled fruit for my little guy but the lettuce wrap instead of the roll, although I love and miss the roll I get a treat without feeling guilty or sick! Way to raise the bar so we can have delicious burgers but still choose healthy Red Robin!
Burgers were very good I really enjoyed my onion rings. Hated my steak fries!!! Waitress was wonderful....But some how it seem as though we were seated in the babies/kids area, a lot of birthday parties it was so loud could hardly hear my waitress. A lot of crying babies. � hope they never seat me in kids zone again.
