This was our first trip to Red Robin and will likely be our last. The food was fine but overpriced. $7.99 for a small (and I mean SMALL) serving of steak fries with melted sliced cheese and bacon as an appetizer? Charged an extra $1.99 for the second 3-4 ounce patty being added to a burger? Come on. For the money and the food quality, we will stick to Five Guys. The service could have been better. My husband's drink sat empty so long that he had to drink mine. We pass through this area regularly and won't be stopping again.
Red Robin is where I go when I want not just a burger but a Out Of This World!!!!
Service was sub par. Wife ordered soup as an appetizer, Ask for it to come out first. 10 minutes later we asked the waitress for the soup, she said it would be a minute. She obviously forgot, went to POS computer and then brought it out. 2 minutes later, food came out. Fries cold, no utensils and lots of excuses. Should have went to Brixx'x
Service was terrible!!! Getting out tea refilled took the entire time we where there..
Usually very good. Yesterday my bun was stale and broke to pieces when i bit into it. Onion rings were cold.
