Our food was excellent and it came out in a timely manner. Actually, really soon considering how busy they were. Jake(Jacob) our waiter was fantastic and enthusiastic. Great man for the job!

While our food was delicious, our waitress Kendra was phenomenal. This restaurant was about a 1/2 way point for my friend and I. We hadn't seen each other in about a year, so we ate and then wanted to visit. Kendra made us feel so welcome. This was a first time at a Red Robin for my friend and she has been sold. She enjoyed her salad immensely, but the good nature of the staff and Kendra is the biggest asset. Thank you Kendra!
I think the burgers were Good, but I don't think they are that Good...... What I mean is, if I'm going to pay $15-20 for a burger, I want it to be perfect. My bun was overly dry and I ordered medium well burger and it was overcooked and dry as well. I also ordered the garlic fries and the taste was wonderful but they were soggy like they had been soaking in the grease. Staff was courteous and kind and very friendly. So, I would probably try one more time but if it was the same I might somewhere else.
I have loved it since it opened I decided to try their fish and chips it was amazing the batter didn't overwhelm the fish ant wasn't thick like Applebee's and a little known fact you can change the bun and cheese if you like
Came in today at around 1:15pm. Operations at the bar were very slow and disorganised for a slow day. Gluten free Royal RR. Bun was stale, burger was burnt, and fries portion was extremely small not only for RR, but for any burger place. Such a massive disappointment compared to my first experience earlier this month at RR.
Brushetta chicken is always my favorite
