Awesome service and food wouldn’t want any other place to eat when we go back but here!!!!
Being on a Low FODMAP diet, going out to eat makes me extremely anxious. Our server, Armon, did an excellent job making sure I was well taken care of, even with my dietary restrictions. He went above and beyond making sure everything was okay for me to eat and regularly checked in with us. For coming in at the 10pm, I’ve never experienced better service. Bravo, Armon. You were one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time.
It was a waste of time and money to come here. The food was gross. The Ensanada chicken cane covered completely in sauce so salty it was hard to eat. I tried to choke it down with my tea. The tea ran out and I asked for a refill. 25 minutes later the waiter came to tell me he forgot. The gross chicken was even worse cold.
Red robin Ann Arbor was absolutely amazing today! Not only were they able to accommodate 30 + high school students during lunch rush, all with separate checks, but they went out of their way to help our group of students with disabilities. They were patient, kind and understanding. We will be back!
Felt rushed to leave. It wasn't even busy. No one to seat us initially. Server assumed our split payment was her tip and only asked after she swipped my card. The brand is way over priced, but that of course is not just limited to this location.
