Good food, great service. Friday night at 7pm, we got a table for our #partyofsixplease immediately. Service was prompt, food was spot on, she pre-bussed our table, kept out drinks replenished...all while being swamped with other guests! Needless to say, we were impressed and will be back soon!
Took 5 minutes for someone to take our drink orders, 20 minutes before our waiter came and talked to us and my burger was literally raw in the middle. I ordered it well done just like my wife's. Hers was good, mine was not. Don't think I'll be back anytime soon but maybe possibly in the future.

Food was good and got right in especially for a Saturday. Only thing wrong was our waitress her name is Alice. She does not know how to do her job. She was slow and never gave us our refills we asked for and when she came back she's like anything else like really. I had to wait at least 10min for my first drink a simple lemonade like seriously??? The manger came by and ask me if I got my drink yet smh!!
Love the burgers!! They even have gluten free buns! The garlic fries are a favorite and they have very good appetizers. The portions are very generous! You will not leave there hungry, oh, and leave room for dessert!
We walked in around noon time. Seated right away. I had my 4 children with me 13,11,9 and 7 months. My 11 year old was using a gift certificate he got for his birthday. It took 30minutes to have a server come to the table. She asked if someone had taken care of of us I said no. She told us then she was stealing this table as no one would help us. Service was very slow and we were only checked on once. Unfortunately it wasn't the experience I had in mind. I really have no desire to dine there anymore.
Our server was good, attentive and friendly. However, the kitchen didn't prepare our food right; our server attempted to make it right. Quality of the food was less than other Red Robins I have been to, frankly, I was extremely disappointed. Cannot say I will be returning, fast food has a better quality.
