RecommendedEndless fries were very tasty
Food is great and service was great
went tonight with my family (Party of 10) and our waiter was Bari. Even on a busy Sunday the guy handled our table like a boss. Hes the best waiter any of us have ever had and made it a fun evening. We tipped him very well, but he was so good it felt like we were stiffing him. Never lose that personality Bari, you are awesome.
Madison Heights Michigan : Horrible service. Ordered a salad with my meal. It took 30 minutes or more to get it. I ask 3 times about it and was told twice that they were “ chopping the lettuce” .The third time I was told that they actually had run out of the lettuce. Manager and staff seemed unconcerned when I pointed out the problem.
Portions getting smaller, prices getting bigger and service is horrible
I ordered the cowboy hamburger which should come with sautéed onions, onion crisps, bbq sauce and cheese. I received a plain hamburger. The waitress didn’t even notice most of my 11 dollar hamburger was missing. No thank you.
As much as I enjoy this location yesterday definitely felt as if it was worse experience. Felt as if we were being very rushed that are ordered got screwed up. My buddy had a problem with the website to use his gift card asked for a manager see if she could suggest something. She had no clue but respectful offered a number to contact customer service. But she totally gave a wrong number not sure if she thought we were stupid giving a 555 number when those are definitely not real. But oh well I don’t understand why she would ... read more
Food was ok but our waitress was bad. She acted like we were bothering her. Was hard trying to get her attention and then she got our friend's order wrong.
Went for teacher appreciation night, although they were busy the service was great and the burger even better!
