the service was so poor the wait staff couldn't seat us even with the dinning room mostly empty. Madison Heights store is awful. The greeter was so happy when we said we would leave and go somewhere else for dinner. we were there at 8:50 and they close at 10pm so maybe they can't get food out in an hour. It was really no problem though because we went accross town and ate at Shields Pizza. They were great and even though we tried Red Robbins first We were done with our dinner at 10:15. I had a very good waiter who was very attentive even with us being a table of 11! The service was superb and the food was delicious!
Very poor service. Portions small for what we were charged. Server only came around once to our table. Not very personable and inviting.
