They were busy which was understand. Our service was horrible. Waitress never checked on us ,never offered refills on drinks or fries. I will not visit this location again.
Was very disappointed in the service , the server let dishes pile up on my table, the meal was underwhelming egg was hardly cooked . This is a restaurant I ate at once a week at one point.
Service was great and the food was delicious everything i ask for was brought to me in a timely manner the beers was ice cold and the shake i ordered was magnificent
Our party of 8 was welcomed at 6:15 on a busy Friday eve. The drinks were fine. Service was as it should be. The fried pickles came with french fries, kind of strange. I would rather had a few more pickles. The burger was OK. The bun was not fresh, this is pretty important to me. What good is a juicy burger with a dry bun? The Strawberry Lemonade was pretty amazing. (Free re-fills). Bottomless fries. Not there to fill up on fries. I would do it again, just not tomorrow. Not bad. Dogs & Diners.
We celebrated our Granddaughters 6th birthday dinner here, she loves this place. She had a great dinner and sprinkle Sunday;) and we were lucky enough to be entertained by a wonderful magician. He seemed to be on the clairvoyant side:)) stunning tricks and an awesome personable fellow. Thanks Red Robin
Best place I've been to. Love there food is delicious.
