Loved the decor. My mac and cheese and salad was very good. Only thing i didnt care for was being seated right by wait person area so staff chit chit was right at our table.
It was great as always. I love this place. There chicken salad and nachos are great.
We tried so hard to be understanding because our waitress was new, she was very nice possibly not trained enough. We ordered burgers with toss salads instead of fries, she brought my husband a Caesar mixed in Caesar dressing with blue cheese dressing on the side... when he said what's this she said you asked for cheese on your salad. I asked for medium well it was raw. She offered my daughter bottomless lemonade and then charged us 15.00 for the refills she brought on her own. Love this Red Robin's! Our waitress, Lindsay, was excellent! We love the campfire sauce!!!!
the food was good but the service was slow - didn't come by to refill drinks, forgot several items (silverware, sundaes for Birthday)
Excellent service, excellent food, and excellent environment.
Took over an hour to get our food, my sweet potato fries were cold as well as 3 others in our group, my nephew ordered a bacon cheeseburger and there was no bacon.! But our server was wonderful.
