Waited over an hour to be seated, group of ten so it was to be expected. When seated waited another twenty minutes while our waitress seated another group ordered there drinks and appitizers place the order and then come to us. When one of the kids drinks spilled we were handed a small stack of napkins to clean the mess until we spoke out about it. My meal was cooked medium rare when I ordered medium well. Needless to say I don't see going back in the future.
Burgers were really good I had the banzai burger and my hubby had the Royal Red Robin also ordered fried pickle chips, yum. Great service. Our server Mario was on the ball even though they were super busy. Only negative- ordered caeser side salads, they were like 3 or 4 dollars and it was a small plate with lettuce and a little cheese, no croutons. � First world problems... Great overall though.

For a Wednesday night it was super busy. Must have been short in the kitchen. Took about 45min to get our onion ring appetizer. Saw lots of tables talking to the manager probably for slow service. Our waitor was very kind and came to our table frequently and apologized countless times. Was not his fault but the kitchen was very very slow. Became a bit irritating. Food was good once we got it.
We always come here because we always loved the food but we visited the restaurant in Westland last night the service was horrible food didn't come out as it should have been when we got our food it was cold i called manager she did make it right by getting us fresh food I just think that they need to attend to the fact that their servers need better training.... I hope the next time we go back the service and the food is better because if not we will not be coming back..
Had few drinks and burger and fries it was pretty good I'll go again
I know the owners from Seattle and after these years still put out great food
My Birthday burger was great and I love going with my honey!
