Just terrible. Will be wondering why I went there for a while. Definitely will not return to this, or any other Red Robin.
My first experience at this restaurant and very pleased. Burgers the BEST! Good service, nice atmosphere.
I had a terrible experience yesterday where for the first time I felt we were ripped off. The waitress was speaking very fast and she decided to get drinks whenever glasses were almost empty. We assumed they were free refills but turned out they were all charged at 2.99 each. We were going to check out at table she came and asked 20% tip ok, my dad was paying and he didn't hear well and he said sure. $100 for some burgers!!!
I got my food for take out. The sweet potato fries were great. The burger was terrible. Reminded me of McDonalds. Very salty. Save some money and the death of your taste buds and go to elevation burger instead.
The rating is toward management, not staff. I was there for dinner last night, 12/22, and was appalled to find out hat the wait staff only gets shift based on the surveys filled out. Our server begged us to fill out our survey. That's a disgusting way to treat the hard working staff. They have no control over whether or not customers fill out the survey, but they continue to work hard. Change your ways, management. Without these people, you have nothing.
