Ordered to go. We were told it would be ready in 16 min.. husband came after 25 min and our food was not ready. When he got it it was the wrong order ( he ordered a bun less burger and he got a chicken sandwich) so he had them remake it which took forever. When he got home my bunless pig out tavern double was just a bunless cheeseburger. So basically I paid like $7 something for 2 pieces of meat and a piece of cheese wrapped in a soggy lettuce wrap since it was over an hr old. Your children are not safe here. This Red Robin refused to identify one of their employees who was caught videotaping a child in the restroom after police arrived to investigate the incident.
Service was extremely slow. Asked for more fries when my order came out because we only got 8 fries with our burger and had to wait at least 20 minutes AFTER my meal was completely finished to get them. We walked in and they sat us at a dirty table when there were only two other tables in the whole restaurants being used. Not many people eating during lunchtime and now I understand why.
