Really good almost as good as Hardees! Very good service!
The food is awesome but the service is awful. Doesn't matter if it's 12 noon or 3 p.m.or if there are 10 people in the entire restaurant or 510, still takes way too long to get served.

The service used to be good, but no longer. We just left after waiting for over 15 minutes and no waiter ever came to our table. Manager could have cared less when we told him.
The food was great. We had a party of 8 adults and 8 kids. The adult's food came out before the kids, we had to ask for extra napkins, and there was no offer for appetizers (even fries) start our meal. A server should be aware of the "basics" needed in a party with kids. Happy kids....happy parents...bigger tip! The manager stopped by our table, she was so nice.
We've eaten at the Fair Lakes location for years and are part of the Royalty program. This time around, we went as an escape from the ridiculous lines at a different restaurant and we were not disappointed! Our server was the most efficient we've had in years. She anticipated our needs, and did everything right. Very pleased overall! Will definitely go back soon.
