Clean your restaurant, especially drinking glasses. Hire more people the waits for everything were unforgivable.
We just walked out of the downtown Redmond Red Robin after not being seated despite 25+ minutes of staring at several open tables. There were three hostess plus a manager standing in the lobby but apparently insufficient waiters to br able to seat us. The manager stated that not seating us helped their flow. So does us walking right out the door. Between the screen on the table constantly distracting us with ads and this complete service failure, I sincerely doubt I will voluntarily return to any Red Robin ever again. I look... read more
Oh my God, se toman muchisimo tiempo para llamarlo a uno para sentarlo en la mesa, aparte se tardan muchisimo para servir la soda i comida, i los q sirven se ven nada de quality.
Enjoy the Red Robin on the Pier in downtown Seattle, but despise the smaller quantities at the Red Robin in the Northgate Mall (Seattle). The difference in the importance of management could not be made more clear than comparing portions and service at these two locations. Inches less chocolate malt in the wayyy too expensive chocolate malt shake served at the Northgate location - same for the Northgate's miserly serving size of root bear float. The staff is amazing. They make you feel like family and truly care about your dinning experience. I recommend everyone to spend your money here and give your server a “10” on the survey after your meal!!!
My family and I were totally impressed with each person from receptionist to our server and associates. Excellent service and food!
Our waitress was good but it took a long time to get seated no one was at the front desk people were actually leaving.
