Not as good as I remembered but still good... but I’ll still go
I was very disappointed to learn today that you have taken the vegan boca patty off of your menu and replaced it with a non-vegan friendly veggie burger. Why? Now there is absolutely nothing I can eat at your restaurant, so congratulations, you've lost over a million U.S. customers.
Slowest service I have ever experienced in all aspects of service! Glad I was not in a rush to be anywhere important; as I would have never made it! Food was alright.
Hate to do this as I love Red Robin usually but this one sucks. I get told 20 minute wait then hostess tried to skip over my party for one after us. One before us walked out after waiting. I ordered my burger no bun, wrapped in lettuce. Plate with burger, cheese and lame excuses for bacon crossed on it. Oh must be my fault. They fix it. My steamed broccoli was cold, even the refill. They were out of the seasoning for my daughters burger. I had a 50% coupon for a burger. It didn't come off so had to wait for assistance on tha... read more
Love the catering options! The service is also first class with a nice view.
Here on vacation , we don't have one in Hawaii. It was awesome, great service, great food, and drinks was tasty !!! Will definitely eat here again when we return to Seattle.
