HORRIBLE! Sat down at 5:45 and the waitress took our drink order and told us about half off appetizers if ordered before 6pm. She came back about 5 min later and took our order. We got our check and the appetizers were full price. Her excuse was they they didn’t get rang in until after 6pm.... On top of that it took almost 10 minutes to get the wrong drinks, had to ask for straws twice, didn’t get the dipping sauce we requested when we ordered so had to ask for that a second time too. Excellent food , very good prices for being on the waterfront. Slow service. I give it a 4 out of 5 though the positives are so much more than the negatives.
First time to Red Robin which I learned originated in Seattle. Lovely view of the Marina, with indoor and outdoor seating. Our server was attentive. Solid burger way better than I expected and my Red Robin Lager was a refreshing accompaniment.
Very slow service. Waiters were confused which table got which order.
