I like the atmosphere, unfortunately the servers don't have much bubbly attitudes when they are at your table. Plus I just made an amazing burger at home and I think it tasted better. My wife agreed. The burger that I had just didn't have flavor. Oh well
Food and service was simply OUTSTANDING. Even though it was Saturday night and they were BUSY, they kept our fry baskets full and our drink glasses as well!
I tried the new Mac and cheese burger. Don't waste your money! They refused to bring me something else. I wrote the manager and his response was. Thank you for your feedback. Lol.
Asked to be seated on the patio. We were seated on the patio, while one other couple was out there also. Their server went to their table twice and we still were not even acknowledged. We waited 10 minutes longer after that couple left and we still had not even received water or a hello! Not happy! Guess Twigs gets the business today. Water within 1 minute! Red Robin in the Spokane Valley will probably not see us again!
I love the food at Red Robin. I was there for my birthday in April.
