We just got dinner at Red Robin and in casual conversation had mentioned the fact we are getting married. They decided to comp our meal and the guy refused a tip! Thank you so much Chase! The service was absolutely excellent!
Never had a bad experience at Red Robin until I came in last night; we came, ate, paid, tipped and left. Went home and checked my account to find that our server decided to tip himself an extra 20% on top of my bill (we left a cash tip which was well over 20% mind you). Spoke with the "manager" who was extremely rude and put my server on the phone to defend himself, bad form in any customer service industry. Server was spectacular great service as usual the highlight of veterans day which is why it's my murder of choice throughout the year
Excellent customer service, great food! We were greeted and seated within 30 seconds, had our drinks within two minutes, and appetizers within 10 minutes. As busy as it was our food was also delivered very fast.
Great waitress. Very friendly she kept checking back to see if we needed anything else.
Thanks for making things right when you made a mistake - without asking, prompting, hinting, or begging. Classic Red Robin experience.
