It was my 1st time at Red Robin. Amazing place. & Everyone was so kind. I will be coming here more often.
We've been here many times. The atmosphere and food is great. The employees are friendly and professional and they know about Gluten Free. They will assist with picking GF options.
Too loud - but good food! Embarrassed my 13 year old grandson for his birthday so all is well!
The food was great and so was the service until I learned the waiter stole from us. We paid in cash and gave the waiter my loyalty phone #. I went on line to see if my # was used because I never got the survey. It showed I used a free burger today. I called the store because we never received our change. Mind you we already left a tip on the table. The manager looked it up when I called the store and told me to come back in to get the money back for the free burger. Was seated after a reasonable 15 minute wait, just me and my wife, and 20 minutes later we left. No one ever came to greet us, but the table seated after us had been seen twice by a waiter. Super disappointed. They use to have such good service.
We came for our Valentines Day Lunch.... we had a great experience. We were seated promptly and given many options. Our server was an absolute delight and she was very attentive and helpful; with a smile on her face always. The food was awesome! Looking forward to coming back again!
