The waitress worked overtime keeping us in food and beverages. This is more of a kudos to her then it is to RR. Food was very good though.
Always rude servers. Always seem to be in a hurry. Takes forever for the food
Went to the Independence location and got worst service EVER! And that was just at the door! We didn't even end up eating there. The place was busy with sports teams and we asked to sit in empty bar. We were told no kids in bar area by the manager, he wouldnt even take our name for seats. Then a hostess seated a family with kids in the bar. When we asked about it we were told only certain ages could go in there. Either way were not seated and several groups coming in after us were seated.
