My husband and immediate family (my older kids) went to celebrate my youngest sons first birthday here thinking they would sing happy birthday to him so him/we could at least have that moment of celebration (singing happy birthday) since all of our extended family is in Oregon and he doesn't get to celebrate his birthday with them, but come to find out after telling two different staff members it was his birthday and asking if they could sing to him, they DIDN'T. Very unhappy right now , I went with my 7 year old son to pick up a to go order , the lady in the bar was very rude to us about him being with my to pick up the order. All I wanted to do was pay for the food and leave and she said he needed to wait some place else. Like I am going to leave my son alone in a different area while I pay, I have brought him to the lent location and have never had this issue. I don't think we will be coming back
We had our soccer party at Red Robin they were so great we showed up over 40 of us got us seated and made it a great night for us!!! Thanks Red Robin
I have gone to this Red Robin since it was open. They have changed their garlic fry ingredients. Not good now, just a dusting of some powder. Had shrimp and chicken the other day. Over cooked very bad. I'm very disappointed in the food. I may not go back
We are there often and bring the Grand children there also. Service is better than ANY! Red Robin we have been to. Great staple Restaurant and the best in Covington.
