All our food was cold and they totally forgot our appetizer. Very slow service as well for a Wednesday.
Terrible service. Food quality very poor. Red Robin used to be a good place to go!
My family has been going to the Covington location since it opened and sadly I can say that service has been going downhill lately. They were understaffed, but the service was ok considering. The food was ok at best but my fries and the bucket of fries they brought were hot, my sons fries were cold and limp. For the moment I'll keep going back, but they need to look at the comments here and start making improvements.
We go here all the time we love the service. My kids always love it when the employees plays games with them when they are checking on us to see if we need anything else. I have nothing but good to say about this restaurant. �
Your blender is broken I'm not happy need to send someone to Wal-Mart for one :-(
Hey Reb Robin, 20 minutes on hold to order a to go order from the Covington WA location. After about 5, it just seemed fun to sit on hold until they answered. 20 minutes in I finally gave up. It's 2018, it cannot be that hard to have an employee(or heck a robot) answer a phone and take an order. I did see recently you were getting rid of your busboys to save a buck. You just might want to consider actually taking the orders from customers if you want to stay in business. Very disappointed on how far you have fallen.
Wait staff was very friendly and attentive. Quick service. Thank you to Austin, our waiter, super friendly and interactive with our 4 year old. Came around several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Our daughter couldn’t stop talking about him the whole way home. Thank you for giving us a delightful Dinner experience Austin and rEd Robin!
