It's always good service here in Covington at Red Robin...We are pretty much regulars, so we see the way things are handled on a regular basis...We most always sit at the bar, & the bartenders are always pretty aware of whatever it is we need...That's a very big reason that keeps us coming back...Of course for the food & the specials too!!!...�
I used to go to Red Robin several times a month but haven't been there for some time. This return experience last night was not as I remember. The trivia game did not specify it was $1-99 to play which the Manager, thankfully. removed from the bill.We both ordered burgers which were not cooked as requested. The "bottomless" fries served in that small stainless dish is a joke compared to the previous baskets. My wife's DGB Burger at $12.99 plus $1.49 for sweet potato fries is too expensive. Zac at the Covington red robin was the best. Great service and great staff
Had my birthday burger yesterday, my favorite, the Banzai burger. Our waitress was awesome. The burger was great, my husbands burger was awesome also.
I literally go to red robin w/ my boyfriend once a week. Mainly because the service is always welcoming, the atmosphere is on point and the food is fresh and cooked at the perfect temperature. Thank you red robin staff!
I loved it im a big fan of red robbins,its clean ,people r friendly, food enjoyable, I'd definitely would go again.
Great food and even better people working there. Red Royalty is awesome, saving me money all the time. I think the tavern double is about the best deal to be had for a meal- and awesome tasting.
