Ordered food from Red Robin surprise on Monday. Paid for my food from Uber and didn’t even receive my whole order. Called them immediately and the manager (who wouldn’t give me his name) said he would refund my the money, and a little more. Apologized so I thought everything was good. Well on Thursday my money never got refund. Called again, talked to the same guy who told me, oh sorry you should have just called Uber, I’ll send you a gift card of $10 to shut you up. Never even got the email from him. Horrible service.

RecommendedI absolutely love this location in Fairview Heights, Illinois. I think I have only had one time when I got less than perfect service and that time it was right at the beginning of all this Covid-19 stuff, so they were learning new processes while the customers were learning new processes and it was just hard on everybody. They put something that I am allergic to (that does not come on what I ordered) on my order. I had to go to the hospital to be treated. I reached out so they could make improvements on their website for future customers with allergies, and they do not reply.

food was bad. ordered app of fried pickles. they were $6.00 and they gave me 14 little pickle slices. on top of it all, their server decided to take it upon himself to add a $20 tip to my ticket without my acknowledgement. check was $35.15 and after the poor service and food, i didnt leave a tip. checked my bank info and i was charged $42.18. 20% of 35.15 is $7.03. the server added it on there himself. manager kept dismissing it and saying he cant see anything wrong. refunded me my money but thats all.
