The food was so blah today. I thought it was just me but 3 others in my party thought the same.

It was too cold, if they are going to have outside dining at least put some outside heaters

Waited 45 minutes for food. Ordered well done burger and got medium and it was cold. Burger had 1 little piece of bacon instead of two regular size pieces. Asked for more fries twice, never got it. Grand daughter ordered apples and got oranges. Only got one refill and had to ask three times. Husband literally got 6 fries with burger. Our plates were never removed from table when done eating. RecommendedWe had the absolute best experience here last night! The manager went above and beyond with customer service, humor, kindness & was on the floor helping her team to keep things moving!
