Was there on Saturday evening and the entire restaurant was filthy. Tables unbussed, garbage overflowing, floor in ladies room STICKY, windows, mirrors unwashed and servers too busy on their phones to even bother refilling a drink. Not quite sure how you make a salad inedible, but Red Robin succeeded. My husband’s first beer was flat,(he never complains about anything) and our server argued with him saying he was wrong & that it was a new keg. IMPOSSIBLE! RecommendedI've been to Red Robin a few times and the was very good but tonight everything was cold... both the burgers and fries ...we were disappointed in the food but the waitress was very friendly
Kept getting our order wrong, husband ended up leaving without eating, waitress wasn’t good at her job, and the wait was super long to not even get to eat.
This is only the second time I've been to Red Robin, but each time my primary impression has been of how noisy it is. The food is okay, but not exciting. Service was a bit slow, but otherwise not bad.
The food is great and the service is great also. Keep up the great work!

I had the soup and salad and it really hit the spot! Was not all that hungry so I did not get a burger.
This is my second time visiting the Evansville IN restaurant. The food was great but the wait staff was questionable. She had an attitude, we had to ask for drinks, and more fries. The feeling was she was doing us a favor. The restaurant was not busy for it was like 2:30 in the afternoon. We will be back because we love the burgers. Thank you. A. Patton
