lower prices and dont make people wait 20 minutes when half the tables are available
After reading some of these negative reviews I was questioning why should i go? Glad i went. The burgers were great. Service was even better (waitress name:Taylor). Onion ring tower was perfectly prepared (crispy and hot) as well has the bottomless fries. We asked for a booth and they gave us a half booth (did not like!) . We were seated by the front entrance too and the cold wind was so bad it was blowing our napkins. Awesome food outstanding service
terrible service.. came in with three friends.. maybe 6 cars in the parking lot. was told there was a 15 minute wait. yet the entire restaurant was empty. the hostess was rude and just said they are understaffed. keep in mind this was at 530pm on a thursday...
No AC on that we could tell, were told it was just fixed but even our kids asked why it was so hot in there. We were seated for around 5 mins but never saw a waitress for our table or anyone else so we left with 3 hungry kids.
We had a super fun server and the food was delicious! Was a great place to have a school spirit night.
Worst service I have ever experienced at a Red Robin. We waited 30 minutes to get a table when there was multiple tables available they were just covered in trash from previous customers. Once seated we were rushed not once but 3 times to get our order take within a 15 minute time period. I ordered a water with lemon to drink and did not receive the lemon.
