This was our first time here, so many choices! It was a great experience! Our waitress Amber was fantastic and our burgers were great!
We had enjoying eat real good delicious food for our 6th anniversary first time eat that resturant we had wonderful good time ❤ together....
Had to wait over 5 minutes for hostess to greet us. My daughter ordered root beer float and hostess came over to tell us they had no ice cream. Then 10 minutes later table across from us had ice cream sundaes. How does that work??? Also out of bbq sauce for my daughter's chicken.
Normally I would have given Red Robin 5 stars. But today they get a 3. The food is amazing as always, fresh, hot, cooked to perfection. But seeing how this is my family's first time back since the renovation I see our future visits being limited. The pictures and art work is all gone. My husband and I visited Red Robin last year and enjoyed our visit. We had the burgers. So yesterday my son and I had been out shopping and I wanted him to try it. He ordered the Cod, clams and shrimp... bad choice!! He has been vomiting and had diarrhea ever since. I think our visits there are done.
We went to Mishawaka Red Robin last night for my oldest sons birthday(14). We drove about an hour to get there. On a Fri night we had about a 15 min wait for a party of 8. Everyone greeted us and they took my cake to put up for me. Food was great but most of all our server was spot on! She was friendly, interacted well with all of us and she brought drink\fry refills promptly. They came out and sung to my son and even the manager came and spoke with us. Regina was our server today and she was fabulous! I loved the fact that I could order my grilled chicken breast as a lettace "wrap" instead of the bun and "unlimited" steamed broccoli instead of fries. Tomatoes and pickles made the "sandwich" great! And I could enjoy a healthy lunch with my family. Thank you Regina and Red Robin for an enjoyable experience! We'll be back.
We have been coming to this red Robin for the last few years and every single time we come here we have to wait between 30 and 40 minutes to get our food. I don't blame the servers they are doing their best but the management is horrible.
