Well the food cold and half the order was not ever bring to us.Slow to get food slow to get refill,and it was not ever that busy. Not going back
Was are first visit at Red Robin today for lunch. It was awesome. Chris was are server and did a really great job. Food was great, service and atmosphere was great. We will be back soon.
I would stay clear of this Red Robin!!! Food took forever and was delivered cold. Grilled chicken burger was over grilled and tough as leather. Three of us went together. Because one of us spoke up, they took off that person's burger from his bill for taking too long, yet they delivered all our food at the same time. Waste of time and money!!!����
We were just there yesterday afternoon for my 10 year old Grandson's birthday! Because we had 10 people they told us it would be a 30 - 40 minute wait. We were at our table in less than 15 minutes! We had the most attentive server and she was awesome even though some in our party arrived a little late. The food was great, served as ordered and the most precious moment when they sang Happy Birthday to our big lil man! He was in awe that they were celebrating just for him! Not impressed the first time I went to RR. Even less impressive this time. Stale bun, dry burger, cold fries, and over priced. I will never go to RR again.
Waited well over half an hour and there were table and booths open everywhere in the restuarant it seems to happen all the time .and food was really greasy
Horrible service waited 15min for someone even to come to our table and take our order,?didnt even get any water when we sat down will not go back

Very disappointed that due to unforseen circumstances we had to get our order to go and when we were able to eat our burgers they had none of the toppings we ordered even though that is how they identified them on the outside of the boxes. So all 5 burgers were very dry and plain. Not what we wanted. �
