I say my experience was just ok because of the wait time. Grant you it was a Saturday at dinner time. Also, when my food arrived the Sweet Potatoe fries were shoe strings and ice cold. Food must have sat at the window a while. I asked for water for my Grandson 4 times. Got apon leaving. The Burger was indeed good but all around not worth the wait. Poor Management.
The service was excellent but the food was average.
Our server, Ryan, was absolutely phenomenal. My four younger kids were so impressed with the way he was so personable and cared for our table. Red Robin is now their favorite restaurant. Food was great too and served up in no time. Thanks!
It was a great experience. Wait was slightly too long but they made it up with there great attitudes and personalities. And the food was awesome! Bacon cheesburger.
Went for one of my grandkids birthday. Was told by a friend that they sing and make it a fun day! Well they never sang, never acknowledged the birthday. Was told my our server that they don't sing.....well guess what they sang to others!!! Red robin ruined what was suppose to be a celebration! Won't be returning. Had to wait for drink refills and forget the bottomless sides they have slow to refill them too!!!
I went to Red Robin in Mishawaka and was told the wait would be fifteen min so I decided to wait. Luckily for me I was able to scope out the uncleanliness of the restaurant and the fact I seen a waiter place an entire tray of food on a dirty table covered in dirty plates and trash and continued to serve the food to the guests as well as I over heard a server ask the host "are we still telling them the kitchen is forty min behind" I was appalled at this behavior and decided to take me business else where. Would do no stars if I could, appetizers were ok, burgers and grilled cheese were disgusting, fries were good, but endless? We wouldn't know, waited 1/2 for more fries but never got them. The lemonade and water had an off , chemical taste to them but the iced tea and sprite did not. Our bill was over $55 for 3 of us, way over priced for the quality and quantity of food we got, save your self some $money and go to Sonic, next time we will!!! Very,very disappointed , was our first and last meal at Red Robin!!!
We met my husband's family there for dinner. The restaurant was predominantly empty. We had a 40 min wait, no problem. Sat down and initially noticed there were 7-10 tables around us dirty. We had very good service and excellent food but not one of those tables were bussed in the hour plus that we sat there.
Service by Emily in the bar area was superb and the burgers were great once again.
