Beginning of service was great! We were very patient and tried to be understanding. We were brought the wrong food, never had any napkins or silverware, and our drinks weren’t correct. Pretty disappointed because this is one of my favorite burger spots. Highly doubt I’ll return anytime soon.

Making everyone wait outside and said they’ll help and then won’t answer any phones. Worst service ever. Doing DoorDash delivery you should warn people if you don’t want to work during a crisis
We were just in earlier tonight and had Pete for our server. SUPER friendly and ran around like a chicken with his head cut off to make sure everyone in his section had what they needed, including my picky toddler! Our food was brought out in about 20 minutes, not bad at all for a Friday night, and it was delicious. Drinks were kept full the whole two hours and some change we were there (sorry)! Happy customers here!

Seriously some of the slowest and worst service ever. Just don't come here if you expect your server to actually serve you in a decent time frame.
I ordered tea with lemon. When the waiter came to the table he said oh didn’t you ask for lemon? So he came back later with some lemon. When he did, I asked for garlic parmesan fries with my order. He said no problem. When my order came, it had regular fries. Then he said oh didn’t you want the garlic fries? I will put an order in for you. When I got the garlic parmesan fries they were soggy with a bunch of garlic and a trace of parmesan. Not the waiters fault but the “chef”. We waited over 40 minutes to be seated which would have been fine if they wouldn’t have seated 4 other parties ahead of us with one less person and our 5th person was a toddler! Then we waited another 45 for our food which wasn’t even good! It was cold and not worth the price!! Food was all over the floor! Took our waitress about 5 times walking by before we got what we needed not that she was busy she just couldn’t remember crap! That was our first time there and we won’t be back!
