First time customer...we had Brittany as our waitress and she is THE best waitress i have ever had. The food was extraordinary and the atmosphere was fun even though they had a packed house. Definitely will be going back.
One thing that really aggravates me is when I go to a restaurant and they tell me there's a 15+ minute wait while there are over 15 tables open. Red Robin in Plainfield is the worst about this.
Very good food...very impressed, loved my burger, left very full. Will be coming back!
Went to the one in Plainfield....great waiter... My burger was good...but was like warm... The manager made it right by comping my meal...
