Went to Red Robin to night with 13 other people we had one waitress and she done a great job taking care of all us . Good meal great service good time.
We love the food here, but we ALWAYS have some problem with the service. Yesterday, my husband's food arrived cold. (He ate it anyway since our server was obviously too busy to do anything about it without our waiting another 20-30 minutes.)Then we had to basically hunt down our server to pay the bill after we waited 15 minutes (she'd already given us the tab, but hadn't returned for the credit card - our table had no self-serve kiosk). $10-$15 for a burger you can get a lot cheaper just about anywhere else! I was good, just too pricey!
A piece of 3" wire in a burger equals the worst dining experience we've ever had! This after waiting 30+ minute on our food, then it came out cold. Our friend bit into his burger and got the piece of wire. We FINALLY got a manager to come over, he took the wire and the burger and said, "oh, sorry!". Sent a new burger and we had to ask for him to take it off the bill and they still charged him for his lemonade.
