Menu is a little busy and there is a lack of personal touch by the servers. Not a big fan of the tablet at the table or self pay. Was looking forward to coming here to eat while in town on business but was disappointed with overall experience. The burger was good just not the best I've had in a while!
Hip Moment MJ Strikes Again! Tonight the manager at Red Robins made sure our night with our 3 kids was a positive one. After a few hiccups with late drinks and food, due to things being busy... We seemed to be the lucky table for bad luck. He made sure to come to our table several times to personally apologize for the service and tried to do everything in his power to leave us with a smile at the end of our dinner.
