We had such an amazing experience. Such a great waitress. She was fast and very sweet. Plus her blue hair is amazing!! Loving the many vegetarian options!
Awesome place to get a delicious burger & cold beverage! I especially love the sweet potato fries & the variety of sauces to dip them in! I tried the Crab Cake Burger for the first time tonight & wow, it's really good! I recommend Red Robin in Mt. Juliet for families, date night or a girls night out! Yum!
Very poor service , you order from the menu and don't even get what's supposed to come with the meal! Then got over charged on top of that! Manager didn't seem to care . I paid the $100 bill but I'll never go back'! No hospitality at all!
Let's see..let me start by saying this is my absolute favorite place to eat a burger. With tht said..this experience was not good. First off we were not given menus. When we ask for the 2nd time we were given them. Then they didn't tell us u are charged for use of the so called tablet on the table. Seriously? ? My son used it maybe 15 min and I was charged 1.99 .Then our order was wrong. Then to top it off we were charged for 3 burgers instead of two. One of my favorite restaurant. I always enjoyed eating there. The food is always fantastic n waiter/ waitress r very friendly n helpful. My husband n I will continue to eat there.
