We asked 3 times for children menu never got one. We had two wait 20 minutes for a table when there were some in line of sight. Will not recommend at least not the one in mount Juliet
I generally enjoy Red Robin. Pretty good service, amazing food. Usually good right up until you get the bill. This place is NOT cheap. It is actually quite expensive for a burger joint. But great food. Not a place I will visit very often, but will not stop visiting.
Awesome food and service! Will be back. There were 7 of us on a Sunday lunch. Not a long wait.All of the order was right. And service was great.
I had the spicy sriracha tavern with Garlic fries and my Daughter had the mushroom burger with fries and they where absolutely wonderful and the service we recieved from Victoria was amazing she was very attentive.
Red Robin at Mt Juliet, TN was amazing! The food was great and the service was outstanding! Chelsea was our waitress and she made us feel right at home. We had never eaten at Red Robin but now we are hooked!
Although the food was good, the service was terrible. Our waiter never once filled our glasses, I had to request my soup. He never gave us silverware and indicated we should ask people at the next table for them.
First, we ask for a booth, lady told us, there was none, and we pointed out there were plenty, then she said, well u won't get real good service ...finally ask someone else, and they decided we could have a booth... Then ordered chips and salsa and apparently they were upset , threw them down on the table at us... Never did get my garlic bread that goes with the salad, never ask my husband if he needed more fries, ... Cost was $85 for 4... Which for burgers is a little expensive...
