Very disappointed in Red Robin in Bel Air, the service was horrible the food was horrible. They had no celery and no soap in the bathroom. The door came out not as ordered.
RecommendedFood was great and servers were all awesome. However was really disappointed at the fact that we went there to watch the Ravens game. Tvs everywhere but none had sound(music was playing) and also there was no drink specials during game time. Will definitely come back but never to watch a game again. We are and left. You guys missed out on all the drink money we would have spent

Server was nice. Fruit flies were flying everywhere. Floor had greasy and slippery.
Food was good. Server was very attentive, maybe a little too attentive but better than ignoring us. My issue came when I went to pay the bill on the kiosk.. our bill was $39.02. We didn’t use any discounts or coupons. On the kiosk it tells you that 20% is $9.20. Not even close. I waitressed for a long time and can easily guess was 20% is. My problem is that a lot of people can’t. People are just going to assume the kiosks is right and pay way more than they intended too. I want to thank Red Robin for including not just teachers, but all school employees in the free burger and fries day today. A special shout out to the Bel Air location and the manager on duty tonight, as well as our waitress, neither of whose names I can recall. The food runner gave our order to another table, which meant we waited a few extra minutes for our meal. I also want to thank Red Robin for the wonderful meal for teachers today! It was such a nice treat and I know they were slammed when I went in tonight. The staff handled the huge crowd very graciously and were cool and calm under such pressure.
