So when you go to Red Robin and enjoy a delicious burger, let them know to hold the hair! Absolutely disgusting! I ate a quarter of my burger and and as I am chewing I pull a hair out of my mouth! So I spit out my bite and the rest of the hair is tangled in the cheese and lettuce! The waiter was wonderful but the manager, she was a different story. 11/18/2016 @2:15pm Ordered a chicken salad, chicken was still raw. Returned the salad and the manager never apologize for any inconvenience, he gave me the money and walked away. Never eating here again. Horrible service from the kitchen and manager.
So, I ordered what I thought was a raspberry lemonade, but she brought me a raspberry tea. The silverware was filthy. Good thing we didn't need to use them too much. I cleaned a fork so I could eat my side salad. The good thing about dinner there, the kids enjoyed their meals. On a good note, the onion rings were delicious as always, and so was the freckled lemonade.
