We went today to celebrate our son’s 7th birthday and had a great experience. Our server Brandon was welcoming and polite. We received our order quickly and everything was very good. Brandon also made sure that our son had a special surprise with ice cream and a song after learning it was his birthday today. Today was not our first visit to this establishment and it certainly won’t be the last because we always enjoy ourselves there!
This was the worst burger I have ever eaten and I will not be eating here again .
If I could give this experience 0 stars I would. We had a gift card so we decided to come here for dinner. We ate and everything was okay, the food was nothing special. When we went to go pay I mentioned to the waitress that we were paying with a gift card and she was like oh we’re offline so we can’t accept gift cards tonight. I normally love coming here but tonight I tried take out for the first time & this is what I was given. I got home to find a crumbled bun, NO sauce (asked for extra sauce) & what smells like BBQ sauce on my wrapper. I don’t know where that even came from because there is none on the reds tavern double 😷 Very disappointed. Will be reconsidering a next time.
My family ate at Red Robin last night. Around 6. The service was great. BUT my son and I both have food poisoning. Yeah. I’ve called sat on hold for 25 minutes to wait to talk to someone and no answered the call on hold ( a manager) just saying, I’m irritated. Thanks for making us sick
It was very busy that day waitress was very good came back food was fine had a nice meal.
