I have only had one good experience with this chain and it was in Virginia. Every time I visit the Bowie location my ordet is messed up and or service is slow. Never again.
First time ever coming to a Red Robin and will never return. Waited 45 mins for food just to have hair on the burger, food was not hot, took the waiter another 30 mins for a refill on drinks. Terrible!!!

RecommendedGood grilled burger however the sandwich was bland. I did not taste the peach and mango in the White Spanish Sangria. It tasted like a dry white wine with an orange slice in it. Overall experience was not worth the trip.

Excellent job
Service was slow, which was understandable due to the teacher promotion. However, our server was also inattentive and seemed uninterested. We had to request straws and utensils twice. My partner's burger had a leaf of shriveled, slimy, brown lettuce. When we showed it to our server, her response was, "Yeah, what do you want me to do about it?" Today we had one of the worst experience at @redrobin in Bowie, MD. They took almost 3 hours to service us our food. They even began locking people out of the restaurant and stop taking new orders. Not only did we wait a long time for our food but the order was wrong when we go it. I'm highly disappointed in how we as well as others were treated at this restaurant. We will not be going back any time soon.
