My order was not right then the waitress had taken the bacon off and brought me the same Burger right back to me are u serious Ms so basically I was like I'm good
I have given this restaurant chance after chance but the level of service refuses to improve. The ticket times on food and drinks is incredibly long and the wait staff doesn’t even acknowledge you when it does take long.
..not the best managed Red Robin. Everytime I've been there the Mens bathroom was disgusting. The manager obviously has no clue what he/she is doing. I prefer going to Waugh Chapel instead. There the wait staff are attentive and friendly, the food is hot and promptly served and the facility is very clean.
Dear red robin, I need to know why was my credit card charged $45.49 when my bill was only $37.91??? And I don't wanna hear a damn thing about gratuity because thats not indicated anywhere on my receipt and I also was not informed that gratuity will automatically be included...... I don't care if it's only $7.58 that's $7.58 of my money that no had thee authority to take without my permission and I had tipped my server $8.00 in cash...... so as of now I need to know how this problem will be rectified before I take other step... read more
Went to get a mint milkshake with absolute and got denied because my ID was vertical? Little tip, Vermont ID'S are only vertical. Dumbest thing I've ever heard.
After waiting 25 mins for a server (and there was hardly anyone there!) we got up and left. Everytime we go it's horrible, but this was by far the worst. Go to Waugh chapel, better food and better service!
