Rough service... how many times can you ask for the same thing and be ignored? Apparently the answer is four times, four for ranch, four for a refill, etc.
These guys are the best if you love french fries. They have bottomless french fries and the fries are absolutely delicious
Service wasn't the best it could have been and food presentation was not like other RR's we had eaten in. It could have been better.
Slow. We stood at the entrance for several minutes before walking past several empty tables to be seated. Then waited more than 7 minutes before drink orders. Now at 18 min plus w/o appetizers.
Second time getting bad service here, took 3 times asking for more water before getting and asked 2 times over 15 minutes to get more fries and never did get anymore. Will not be coming back, will i take that back getting ready to leave table and now i get my fries 30 minutes later. What a joke
The service was horrible and slow and good was not up to par...I'm from out of town and will definitely not be visiting this location again
The food was just ok. Customer service was awful. I could have been just as satisfied at 5 guys
I love red robin but the service today in the bowie location is horrible.
